Standard turnaround is 48-72 hours for most services. Professional plan customers get priority turnaround of 24-48 hours. Enterprise customers can arrange same-day turnaround for time-sensitive projects. Turnaround depends on project volume and service complexity.
Results are available in three ways: (1) Real-time via your project dashboard as evaluators complete items. (2) CSV/JSON export for bulk download. (3) API and webhooks for programmatic integration into your data pipeline. All results include individual evaluator scores, aggregated metrics, and confidence levels.
Yes. Professional and Enterprise plans include full REST API access with webhook support. You can programmatically submit data, track progress, and receive results -- making it easy to integrate Loevech into your existing data pipelines, CRM, or analytics stack.

Plans, billing, and data protection
Loevech offers three plans: Starter (free, up to 100 items per project), Professional ($199/month, up to 10,000 items per project with API access), and Enterprise (custom pricing with unlimited volume and dedicated support). Each service also has per-item rates based on task complexity, with volume discounts on paid plans.
No minimums and no contracts. Start with a single 100-item pilot project on the free plan. Scale up or down as needed. Professional plans are month-to-month. Enterprise plans can be structured as annual agreements with custom SLAs.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Our platform runs on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with role-based access controls, audit logs, and SOC 2 compliance. Healthcare customers benefit from HIPAA-aware workflows. We never share your data with third parties and follow GDPR compliance practices.
Yes. Our platform is SOC 2 compliant and GDPR-ready. For healthcare use cases, we offer HIPAA-aware workflows with Clinical Note Classification.
